In a strategic move to strengthen its position in the influencer marketing and talent management market, Ykone Group, the leading international influencer marketing agency and parent company of Bold Management, has acquired a majority stake in The Digital Prototype (TDP). TDP is a Paris-based company specializing in talent management, influencer marketing, and content creation.

While financial details of the deal were not disclosed, it is understood that TDP will be merged and operate under the umbrella of Bold Management, representing its French division. This strategic move aims to strengthen Bold Management's market presence and expand its talent portfolio, as part of its ultimate goal of becoming the leading talent management agency in Europe.
Synergy and Growth in the Influencer Market
Bold Management was founded in 2018 by Enrico De Vinis and already has offices in Milan, Madrid, London, Dubai, and Paris. The company connects talent with global brands through digital strategies in the fields of fashion, music, and cinema. The agency manages over 100 talents through its international team, including well-known names such as Veronica Ferraro, Jennifer Mavila, and Mohamed and Hamid Hadban.
TDP was founded in 2019 by Robin Martin-Chave, and Adeline Verdun joined two years later, helping the agency establish itself in the French market. TDP currently manages 20 talents and executes over 500 brand campaigns annually. Among the talents it manages are Julie Sergent Ferrere and Estelle Bigault.
As a result of the investment, Martin-Chave and Verdun will continue to lead operations in France under the Bold Management umbrella, ensuring continuity for TDP's talents and clients.

Ykone Group's broader strategy
Founded in Paris in 2008, Ykone is actively expanding its reach. In 2021, it acquired a 51% stake in MB New Media Agency, a Milan-based digital communications agency founded by Matteo Baldi and previously managing Bold Management, led by De Vinnis.
In addition to Bold Management, Ykone Group also operates an internal platform called Campaygn, specializing in data analytics. The group's overall strategy is to continue expanding its services through further international acquisitions in the future, strengthening its position in the global influencer marketing landscape.
